Where is he? This looks like some kind of shelter in the background. Let us know where he is so we can get him rescued and into a real home. An owner could outfit him with a Halo collar so he wouldn’t need to do this and surely a home with warmth and love verses whatever that is in the background with a pallet on the floor will be a much better environment for a blind boy.
