CONCLUSION: MURDER
A note on the table can be a letter that he wanted to send to a relative or friend about the fact that he will soon arrive. The fact that the pen is red does not mean that it writes in red. Near the cabinet is a travel bag-confirmation of 1 statement. The killed one is not at home. Perhaps he was about to go somewhere.
The room is a mess: On the floor lie the bottle and phone. Most likely the murdered man held them in his hands before the murder. Slippers and a chair hurt during the “battle”. The victim obviously did not fully gather the things as the bag is open, there is a T-shirt on the bed and the shirt hanging on the bed (I do not know for sure). The cigarette has not yet been extinguished completely. The gun is in the left hand and the blood is draining from the right side.
And judging by the way the victim lies, the blood stain should be either on the door or on the wall above the table if it would be suicidal. And another woman in the photo is most likely the mother of the murdered one. As in the photo where they are together it is higher.
This is murder.
