CONCLUSION: MURDER
Circumstances for the murder:
1) Splashes of blood from the entrance bullet hole did not fall on the right hand and the gun, which, when shot, would be in their way.
2) There is no blood stain on the tie.
3) The position of the cartridge case, when shot – it should have flown to the table or behind it. (You can assume that it has rolled off it or rebounded from the frame).
4) It looks like there are traces of blood on the handle, but not on the frame. What can be indicative of the fact that the frame was laid after the shot. Also in favor of this version says, that all things standing on the right side were swept to the floor. A frame and pen for some reason on the table, or they were raised or moved from another part of the table.
