Do you ever spend hour upon hour in bed, tossing and turning without being able to make your mind shut up? When you have something to do the next morning, you feel tired, you wish to get a good night’s sleep, but yet, you fail?
This is a trick that will give you a solution forever.
Offered by a licensed wellness practitioner, the trick is simply a way of breathing, named 4-7-8.
7 Ways to Prevent Panic Attacks.
And it is as simple as that. You inhale for four seconds, then hold your breath for 7 seconds, and then exhale for another 8. Do that, and then repeat if the first time didn’t get you. The slow breathing makes the heart calm down and the trick actually works like a sedating drug. When you are nervous, and you breath with short quick breaths, you actually under-breath: you don’t intake enough oxygen.
The trick allows you to take in a large quantity of oxygen over the period of four seconds; when you then hold your breath for another seven, you allow the oxygen to go into your blood, circulate, and give you this feeling of lightheadedness. Then, with eight seconds of exhaling, you push all of the carbon dioxide away from your body.
