Sometimes to find out how to become perfectly happy in our life is like a mathematical equation, which we are not always willing to solve. Changing some of our “bad habits” that fill us with negativity, then surely it will help you to become happier the next morning.
1.Be grateful and say Thank You.
This will change your attitude towards life and help you be more hopeful; which in turns affects the production of serotonin in our body which helps fight depression.
2.Take your problems one at a time.
It overwhelms our brain and leads to unnecessary stress. Whereas when we solve one problem at a time it releases neurotransmitters which boost us up to the next challenge.
3.Don’t let your troubles pile up inside you.
It will limit your options as talking to other people might show you a way out from your problems. Also keeping things bottled up require brain energy which can be used elsewhere.
4.Hugs.
Hugging is a physical comfort and is very important in releasing oxytocin in our mind. It is the ‘Happy hormone’ and it helps us deal with things better.
5.Never stop learning.
Learning new things not just keeps your brain in top shape; it also releases dopamine which helps you stay happy.
6.Don’t be lethargic.
If you keep your body active, your brain will release endorphins after every physical activity. They replenish your sour muscles and also enhance mood. So the next time you feel down, just take a little walk around the cornerstone and feel the change.
7.Sleep is of paramount importance.
Make sure you sleep in the proper dark as it will boost production of melatonin which helps our body in relaxing and replenishing itself. If there is light in the room or change in the lighting settings of the room during your sleep, it might lead to the production of stress hormones.
8.Be positive.
Ever noticed how much you perk up on the prospect of a Birthday gift or Christmas season. Our brain gets happy just at the mere thought of something happy happening. So expect good things and you will see your day turn into a good one by default.
