We all go through strange upheavals in life. When we’re a part of it, we feel terribly low, and at other times we feel incredibly joyous. And often these altering emotional phases get really overwhelming for us so much so that we start feeling physically and mentally exhausted.
At times, it even becomes difficult to distinguish between physical exhaustion and complete loss of hope. If something like this is happening to you too, the best remedy for you is rest. When you take off some time from everyone and everything that’s bothering you, you’ll feel yourself being able to pull yourself together. At this time, spend more energy on healing yourself; focus on self-love.
If you think you’re experiencing these 8 signs in you then maybe its time to focus on healing yourself rather than exhausting yourself completely.

2. You feel less and less motivated
You worry that you can’t do your work because there isn’t enough inspiration around you. You fear that the things that motivated you don’t anymore. Take a step back to look around you, your motivational energies are right there and it’ll come to you when you’re not expecting them to.

Your uncontrollable flow of thoughts, especially those that make you restless during the day, don’t let you sleep at night either. You seem to be catching up insomnia lately.
5. Irrelevant things offend you
Since your level of sensitivity has increased, just about anything triggers you. You cry at the drop of a hat and your intense feelings are too difficult for you to deal with. But don’t let it get on you. Withdraw yourself from anything that bothers you and spends the time to rebuild yourself. It may take a while, and it may be very difficult also, but in the end, you’ll feel fulfilled.
6. Dizziness and nausea seems to be a frequent feeling
If you feel nauseous and dizzy constantly then you know your emotional exhaustion is manifesting itself as a physical ailment. So take some away to focus on reserving your energy and work on yourself before its too late.
7. Everything and anything triggers you to start crying
You’re becoming hypersensitive and least challenging situations are making you want to cry. Since you’re both mentally and physically exhausted you’re unable to combat the challenges that are coming your way and so you start breaking down each time you feel incapable of dealing with it.
8. You’re detached from everything
You’ve started feeling “comfortably numb”. Don’t let it happen to you; don’t let hopelessness rise within you to an extent that you’re detached from everything around you.
If you think that the negativity in your life is affecting your growth then stop and work on yourself. Let your wounds heal and allow yourself to feel more integrated. Relax and breathe in positivity. Take some time off to only focus on yourself and your wellbeing.
