While it may appear like any common building, the Federal Reserve Bank is one of the most protected places on Earth. It has about one-quarter of the gold reserves of the world and so it has to keep them secure. As a result, the vaults that are present inside are placed 80 feet below the ground. That means it is about 50 feet below sea level. Imagine the security!
7. Fort Knox
Preserving about 270 billion dollars’ worth of gold, this is dubbed as the most secure vault that is present on Earth. There are many combinations which have to be used to open this vault and since it is changed every day, you will have a long bad-luck streak if you ever go and try to break it.
8. Area 51
This is one of the most mysterious places on earth. No one really knows its location or why it has been secured. Animal also cannot enter this place. There are theories of alien technology being held there, but we really can’t tell.
