Couples have their own ritual before they go to sleep. It could be as simple as talking about their day, or as weird as discussing their favorite conspiracy theory. But whatever it is, it is their own time, and they absolutely love that part of the day.

1. Keep their Phones Away
It is their ‘us’ time, and nothing comes in between that. They keep their phones away, not responding to any texts, or calls, and are simply in the presence of each other, which to them is extremely joyous.
2. Keep Work Away
After a hectic day, no one wants to talk about it again while sleeping. So, happy couples tend to keep those away for a rainy afternoon, while they discuss the likes of vacation plans and weekend getaways while sleeping.
3. Sleeping At the Same Time
Most couples try to do it as often as they can. Even though they might not be able to do it all the time, due to work, or other issues, they try. They would have fixed dinner time, and then go to bed together. For, there is fun in that.
4. Routine
Most couples develop a routine before they go to sleep. It could include brushing together, reading a book or watching their favorite movie, or singing a song together. It could be anything that encompasses both of them.
5. Conversation
The most common of all. Couples love to have deep conversations about life and the mysteries behind it. And what would be the best time for it, if not while cuddling your loved one?
6. Avoiding Arguments
Couples mostly avoid arguments before going to sleep, because no one loves to sleep angrily. They would rather discuss controversial topics at some other point of time when they are both free.
7. Keep Children Away
Might sound weird, but couples with children would do well to keep children away from them when they sleep. It is because a child would distract your attention from your partner, and this could possibly be the only time in the day when you would be able to spend time with them.
8. Pets too
Keep your pets away from your bedroom, because again, this is your time with each other. And this is a time that shouldn’t be wasted.
9. Cigarettes, Drugs, and Booze
Don’t even think of bringing them in. You are not on the set of a Henry Miller movie. Sleep with your partner without those addictions, for your lover should be your one true addiction.
10. Massage
Give each other massages. After a busy, tiring day, both you and your partner deserve some pampering. So, get those scented candles out, and that body oil, while you give them a top class massage.
11. Intimacy
Goes without saying. If you aren’t intimate now, when will you be so?
