And that is when they turn deadly. They might not be dangerous on their own but exposure to them over a longer period can lead to all sorts of troubles.

Sweeteners considerably increase the risk of diabetes by hoodwinking the body into storing more fat. They also increase the chances of stroke in healthy individuals.
2. Bottles and food containers made of plastic
Whether BPA or BPA free increase your exposure to chemicals which harm the endocrine system. It would be wiser to use glass containers.
3. Non Stick Cookware
It is known to contain carcinogens like perfluorooctanoic acid. When these are heated the fluoride present in this chemical evaporates and is potent enough to kill small birds.
4. Room deodorizers or Air Fresheners
Both have a lot of harmful chemicals. You can opt for fresh air or essential oils if you don’t want to compromise on health.
5. Bacteria-killing soaps
It has not been scientifically proven to be any more effective than a normal soap. But they have triclosan which can cause many complications in young children.
6. Cleaning Products
available in the market are commercial grade and full of dangerous chemicals. Throw them out and try for more organic ingredients such as vinegar, lemon, and baking powder.
7. Personal care and makeup products
Beauty products are perhaps the biggest threat to your health. They have hidden metals in them and your skin is the entry point for a number of heavy chemicals.
8. Spices
The spices which have gone stale do more harm than good. Keep only fresh stock for your kitchen.
9. Cellphones and other electronic products
These are responsible for creating radio frequency electromagnetic fields which are carcinogenic in nature.
10. Prolonged sitting
Sitting would also increase many health risks despite your otherwise healthy routine. Avoid sitting for more than 50 minutes at a stretch.
